Full-Time Instructor (all subject areas)
Study Edge is on the lookout for College-Level Instructors who are passionate about their subject area and enthusiastic about teaching in-person or virtually, on-camera to both small and large groups. In this position, you’ll help develop high-quality instruction accessible to high school and college students across the country, starting at the University of Florida. You’ll thrive here if you have a strong desire to learn and interest in innovating in online education, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll do:
- Teach college-level material in-person and virtually to small and large groups
- Teach college-level material asynchronously on-camera
- Work as part of the Study Edge team on the development and implementation of new programs
- Manage and work with remote staff
- Use technology to scale the best instruction in online education

In this position, you’ll help the full-time instructors develop high-quality instruction accessible to high school and college students across the country, starting at the University of Florida. You’ll thrive here if you have a strong desire to learn and interest in innovating in online education, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. There’s lots of work to be done, and your specific responsibilities will be tailored to your skill-set and preferences.
Responsibilities: May Include:
- Answer student questions in-person, through virtual sessions, or through text posts
- Write practice problems to reinforce concepts and help prepare students for their upcoming assignments
- Film video solutions to practice problems to guide students through difficult practice problems
- Work as part of the Study Edge team on the development and implementation of new programs
- Use technology to scale the best instruction in online education

Assistant Marketing Manager
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you are tasked with the creation and management of communication content for Study Edge. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and work on-site at the Study Edge building in Gainesville, FL.

Door Manager (Customer Service)
A part-time customer-service role at the Study Edge building in Gainesville, FL working primarily in operations and sales. This position is ideal for applicants who are personable and detail-oriented and those who want to develop their leadership and sales skills while gaining valuable professional experience. For this position, we hire in cycles and are always looking for and accepting applicants.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Available 10-20 hours per week and weekends
- Student at the University of Florida
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- Responsible, organized and highly motivated
Job Type: Part-time, Local only
Base Pay: $13 per hour, with strong potential to move up to Assistant Operations Manager. Includes Free Diamond Membership
Course Contact
A semester-long paid opportunity that allows you to get paid to go to class. You have to go to class, right? Might as well get paid to do it! All you have to do is take great notes and share class information with the Study Experts for your course.
Requirements
- Excellent note-taking skills
- Full-time college student enrolled in one or more of our Study Edge courses.

Real Life 101 Internship
The Real Life 101 Internship is an internship program available to 15 UF students, from any class or major. You’ll get real-world work experience in a professional environment to prepare for life after college. This internship provides college students with exciting and engaging opportunities to develop new skills and see first-hand how a company is run – from balancing a budget to leasing your first building.
You’ll spend 1.5-2 hours per week in a discussion about a business-related topic. Additionally, you’ll spend 2-3 hours a week working on various tasks including: company operations, meeting with other business leaders in town, or volunteering in the community (including working with local charities, or as a participant in educational research studies). Each member of the internship program will be assigned a semester-long project in a field such as marketing, operations, technology, or research.
You can receive up to two (2) college credits based on your college program. After completing the program, you will receive preference when Study Edge is hiring for part-time and full-time positions. The students who really put in the extra effort will receive a small semester stipend ($300 plus a free Study Edge Diamond membership).
