Study Edge and Interfraternity Council Scholarship Program
The Interfraternity Council (IFC) has partnered up with Study Edge to promote scholarship among IFC members. Study Edge is a cutting-edge educational organization that provides 24/7 access to supplemental review sessions, concept videos, study guides, practice problems, and “Class Walls” through Facebook and mobile apps. The 24/7 availability of Study Edge resources provides students with extra study help they may need at times when it is not possible for them to attend professor/TA office hours or utilize other campus resources. Study Edge provides streaming video and other content for General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pre-Calculus, Survey of Calculus I, Survey of Calculus II, Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, Differential Equations, Physics I, Physics II, Statistics I, Statistics II, Business Statistics, Operations Management, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Financial Accounting, Finance, Managerial Accounting and more. Over 50,000 college students have trusted the Study Edge Study Experts to help them earn better grades so study smarter, not harder!
How does it work?
Through the Pledge Edge Initiative, all new members of IFC will receive 50% off their Study Edge memberships during their pledging semester. The ability to recruit and maintain the highest quality of educated individuals during the recruitment and pledge process is crucial. In our Pledge Edge Initiative, new members of fraternities will be given a superior advantage in their academic endeavors, reversing the age-old notion of academic underachievement as a pledge. Last semester, both IFC and Study Edge were proud to announce that the budgetary cap was met, with a full $5,000 total subsidy to new members. It is our goal that the GPA of new members of IFC will continue to increase as a result of the relationship.
In order to sign up for the Pledge Edge Initiative follow these simple steps: Select ‘Facebook App’ at the top of this page. When you decide to purchase a membership, select “Have a code?” from the drop down menu (see below) and enter “pledgeedgespring17” in the box. If you cannot find this, just give Study Edge a call (888-97-STUDY) or stop in (1717 NW 1st Ave, behind Jimmy Johns and Tijuana Flats on University Ave.). You will be charged the full price of your membership each month and at the end of the semester 50% of what every initiated member paid Study Edge that semester will be returned to New Member Educator of the fraternity, who will handle reimbursements.
